Our Story

We are a husband and wife team who have lived in Fife for 10 years. Jym was born in the city of Kota Kinabalu, in Malaysian Borneo, and lived there for several years. He has returned frequently since then to visit family in Kuala Lumpar, and to indulge in the rich fusion food that Malaysians are so proud of. Jym re-trained as a chef 5 years ago and, although he worked in fine dining, it was the food of his childhood that really excited and inspired him, so we embarked on an eating trip around Vietnam, Malaysia and Japan, sampling as much street food as we could.
We aim to produce food from around South East Asia, with a view to keeping the flavours authentic. We are keen to make our endeavour as ethical as possible and as such our chicken is free range, our peanuts are fair trade, all our packaging is 100% biodegradable and we have ensured that there are great gluten free and vegan options which allows us to share these fantastic flavours with most people. We are joined by our good friend and neighbour, Sam, who has been key to helping Jym develop recipes, as well as providing support during these long cooking sessions. We are sure we have a delicious product that you will want to try again and again.
